Attitude SI is an IT services company specializing in IT engineering and support for IT departments.
The company was founded nearly 15 years ago, initially focusing on shared IT services, which remain an integral part of its offering today. Attitude SI currently has just under 15 employees spread across two sites in France and Spain. Its activities cover IT engineering, project management, project management assistance, consulting, infrastructure, and hosting.

Alain Tissedre is a former IT director for SMEs. He has multidisciplinary experience in IT environments, acquired in both local government and industrial companies.
He created Attitude SI with the desire to set up his own structure and offer a different kind of support, more suited to SMEs and local authorities.
Today, he is mainly involved in group governance: defining strategy, establishing synergies between entities, and structuring cross-functional relationships. He also continues to be involved in operational assignments, particularly in consulting, pre-sales, project management training, and occasionally as CIO. Finally, he plays a role in the overall coordination of projects within the company.
« We started by managing all client projects in Gouti that were truly project-based, including project management assistance, steering, transformation, and information system implementation projects. Then, quite naturally, usage evolved.
Since the beginning of the year, we have undergone a major transformation. Today, everything is managed in project mode in Gouti so that we can steer our entire business. This also includes recurring tasks, which are not projects in the strict sense, but which we have structured as annual projects with defined support phases. The goal was to eliminate the time tracking we used to do in different files and centralize everything in a single tool.
Gouti, which we have been using for five to six years, has become our main production tool for time tracking since January 1. »
« We have always worked in project mode at Attitude SI. It's something that has been a key part of our structure from the outset, and something I myself had done a lot before.
Like many companies, we had various tools for managing and steering our clients' projects. But we lacked a true project management tool that could precisely meet our expectations. We couldn't find a solution that really matched our practices. So, the team and I launched an in-depth search to find a tool that came as close as possible to best practices in project management. This search lasted between six and nine months.
When we discovered Gouti during a demonstration, the tool immediately seemed very close to what we were looking for. There were still a few differences, but around 90% of the features met our needs, which clearly made the difference. »
« We had a very clear idea of what we wanted from a project management tool. I worked for several years with a PMI-certified project manager who had developed his own tool, and that taught me a lot in terms of methods and practices.
We looked at several solutions on the market. Jira, for example, was too focused on support and development. Redmine, for us, is not a project management tool per se. Wimi, on the other hand, is more focused on document management around projects. In all cases, what was consistently missing was the project management phase as a whole. »
« What we find in Gouti is all five major stages of the project management process, particularly the scoping phase, which is often missing from other tools. Today, this is very useful to us, especially because we also use Gouti for our pre-sales.
We build our estimates directly in the tool, which allows us to frame a client project even when the need has not yet been fully formalized. We can define the scope, limits, exclusions, and risks, estimate the costs, and explain precisely to the client why a certain number of days is necessary. And when the project is signed, the project plan is already ready. All that remains is to assign a project manager and stakeholders to get started quickly. »
« The first benefit is a much clearer view of all our projects. Portfolio management is one of Gouti's real strengths and gives us essential visibility.
At my level, the tool is also very structuring, especially for younger project managers who join the company. Gouti guides users and naturally leads them towards best practices in project management.
So there are multiple benefits: a global overview, universal access regardless of the type of project, whether technical or functional, and now the ability to rely on Gouti to manage our customer billing more precisely. »
« Gouti has evolved significantly in recent years, particularly in terms of planning. Features such as drag-and-drop and automatic task renumbering make it very user-friendly.
We have also been using project weather and key indicators for a long time, which form a coherent whole.
We may not have explored all the possible uses yet, but we have started working on the benefits of artificial intelligence, which will clearly save us a lot of time. »
« The integration process went quite smoothly. At the time, the team was smaller, which made deployment easier. Everyone received the same level of information and we followed the training program provided. We then re-delivered this training internally.
Having a certified person on the team enabled us to ensure a smooth transition and consistent adoption of the tool.
Today, Gouti is used by everyone. When a newcomer joins the team, they naturally rely on the tool and the experience of existing employees. »
« We haven't had any negative feedback. The main sticking point previously was the double entry of information. We had different management methods for recurring and non-recurring customers, which meant that employees had to enter the same information several times. Switching to Gouti allowed us to centralize all of this data. The transition was fairly quick, taking just a month, and now everyone uses Gouti on a daily basis. »
« We like to work with people before we work with companies, and that's exactly what we find here. There is a real closeness and a very human approach. We can easily exchange ideas, ask questions, and get quick answers.
The user club is also a real plus, as it allows us to share best practices and see that user feedback is really taken into account.
We feel that the tool is evolving with its customers, that needs are being reported and integrated into the roadmap, which is very reassuring. »
« Efficient, easy, and human ! »
