Our story in a few key dates
The beginning of the adventure
At the start, CG Project Management focused on project management consulting assignments.
Christian, helped by a first intern, developed Gouti to structure his day-to-day work.
Presented to the first clients, the tool received a very positive welcome, and Christian realized it could become a solution in its own right.
The beginnings were modest, with a small team full of drive.
The birth of Gouti and the first wins
On 21 May 2018, Gouti was officially launched.
The first clients signed quickly, and the tool began to make a name for itself at the first trade shows.
The team grew with the recruitment of the first employee, marking the shift from a personal project to a collective adventure.
The start of growth
Gouti evolved: launch of the mobile application, new modules, creation of the User Club and structuring of the company.
The team grew, new premises were chosen and CG Project Management became profitable, laying the foundations for future growth.
Scaling up
In 2023, Gouti extended its international presence with the German version, in addition to the English version, then a few years later with the Spanish version.
The company signed major references, developed its partner network and continued to strengthen its team, confirming its ability to meet the needs of organizations of all sizes.
The arrival of artificial intelligence
In 2025, Gouti integrated artificial intelligence, bringing new features and analyses to optimize project management.
The company is pursuing its development and continues to support a growing number of organizations across different sectors.
